[25 Sept 2005] [Original] Fic Title

Title: This is a Complete Blank
Day/Theme: 25-09-05 | What we had I cannot even say
Series: Original
Characters: Lucia, Leon
Rating: PG-13, maybe an R for the heck of it.

Notes: Lucia and Leon are names that I repeatedly use, so maybe you've seen the names from somewhere else. If not, then have fun reading this? I suppose I am remembering Wong Kar Wai's '2046' while I write this, having Faye Wong as the Lucia for a face and Leon as Tony Leung, minus the creepy looking moustache. :P

Leon was frustrated beyond belief with his ailing diary android Lucia. Every time he opened up to Lucia about anything, she would immediately forget it all the next day. When he'd start a new entry, she would remind him that there was nothing in her memory bank at all, so would he like to program her to remember all other entries from now on? He would do it over and over again, without knowing what was wrong with her exactly. He never took her to a repair shop, for he thought they'd eventually find something in her memory and what then if it was all supposed to be private?! They could steal his identity and memories.

So he withstood the inconvenience.

But by this time in the year (after ten months of doing the programming and reprogramming), all the repetition was getting to him by now. He had often suppressed the urge to just ask her what was wrong, because of pride issues and whatnot with his being. But now he didn't bother.

He turned her on and as soon as Lucia warmed up, Leon grabbed his android by the shoulders and shoved his face so close their noses were touching.

"Tell me: WHY do you keep erasing all the entries I put into you from the previous day, making me reprogram you all the time!? You've been doing this everyday for ten months."

Lucia blinked her eyes and replied with their noses still touching: "You had requested of me to erase every entry that mentions your former girlfriend even in the slightest sense. I have only been doing what you requested of me."

"Well, if that doesn't take the cake..." Leon backed away, blinking in wonderment.

"Would you like to make a new entry?"
