The rain spills wet tendrils down over the windows; drops cling and fall down.

Jin sleeps, curled about into himself, his head pillowed on Kame's thigh. He probably doesn't even hear the noise; he's gonna wake up when the sun comes up again, when summer finally reappears.
In the end Kame’s all alone in the apartment, the heavy rain his only companion.

“Tomorrow,” Kame speaks into the silence around him, “let’s go to the park tomorrow.”
Jin scrunches up his nose in his sleep.
