[October 12] [Chrono Trigger] Working
Title: Working
Day/Theme: October 12- Now this day too enters history
Series: Chrono Trigger
Character/Pairing: Crono, Lucca
Rating: G
Making his way into Lucca’s workshop tended to be… well, interesting was one way of putting it. She’d sort of got the concept that delicate projects were best not left out around where anyone could bump into them and set off whatever, but not so much the idea of other people coming into her space.
“You know, you’ve got to find a better place to show me this stuff,” he said, watching Lucca place an apple carefully on the pedestal.
“Well, this is all just stuff I’m tinkering with, really,” she said, switching the machine on and stepping back. “So there’s not much point to carting it all- ah!”
Crono watched the apple rotating, peel slowly coming off, with some bemusement. “Why?” he asked, turning to look at her. “You could just get a knife.”
Lucca punched him in the shoulder, but lightly. “It works, Crono,” she said, and grinned. “It works!”
