[20 August] [Kingdom Hearts] Tasting
Title: Tasting
Day/Theme: August 20- sleeping underneath your skin
Series: Kingdom Hearts
Character/Pairing: Sora, Donald, Goofy
Rating: G
Sora feels- weird, kind of, stepping out of the- whatever he’s in (he only finds out it’s a pod when they’re about to leave), but it’s lost in the thrill of seeing Donald and Goofy again (and what exactly have they been doing to make them all feel this way?). Getting out of the basement isn’t much better- it looks like the kind of thing he’d have imagined from a mad scientist, though kind of lacking in wires and weird bubbly stuff, and it leads into what looks like a fairly ordinary library. Which… is kind of less surprising than stepping into the town proper, which feels… familiar-but-not. Same with the food they buy, and if he wasn’t so ravenous (and seriously, if things weren’t clearly starting up again he’d wonder what was up with that a little more) he’d wonder about the way it feels like he’s tasting it twice.
Or maybe not. Sora’s a growing boy, after all.
