[July 25] [Kingdom Hearts] Let Me Show You
Title: Let Me Show You
Day/Theme: 25 July- take my hand, hold your breath
Series: Kingdom Hearts
Character/Pairing: Sora/Kairi

They stood at the edge of the walkway, and Sora held out his hand, grinning the kind of grin that meant that he was up to something. “Come on, I want to show you something!”
“Oh? What kind of thing?” Kairi asked, smiling.
“I want it to be a surprise,” he told her, grinning. “It’s nothing bad, I promise!” he added. “Just trust me.”
There wasn’t really much that she could say to that without hurting his feelings. She took his hand and felt the bottom of her stomach drop as he stepped off the edge, taking her with him. “Sora!”
He reached into a pocket and pulled out a pouch, which showered (in a sense) Kairi in golden dust. “Just believe!” he said and took her other hand.
Their course steadied, and Kairi stared before frowning at him. “Sora. Don’t do that again!”
He grinned again, this time apologetically. “I won’t. I just… I wanted to share this with you. It’s good, right?”
She floated back into an upright position, and looked around. “Yes,” she said softly. “It is.”
