[September 14th] [Onmyouji] a consonance of souls

Hiromasa was not sure exactly why Seimei had been so unexpectedly easy to talk to, or where he had found such quick agreement with the other man's expositions, but it never quite seemed to matter. Meetings with Seimei were like poetry; elegant, charming, and exactly catching the spirit of time and place.
Even chasing a ghostly serpent come from a gourd sprung from a pine tree seemed a normal, acceptable thing to do on a quiet afternoon.
Hiromasa questioned. Seimei answered. Their two shadows went together along the road in front of them, robes rippling, bowing solemnly to each other.
