Note: Kind of a continuation of yesterdays theme. Can be read alone.
Kamijou Hiroki stared blankly at the cup of coffee in front of him... he didn't know why he still came to this little cafe... still sat in the spot where the flower shop could be viewed at... even still wore his silly disguise, despite the fact of his lover knowing who he was when he did.
But that didn't matter. What mattered was the fact that Nowaki had left without even saying a damn word! He clutched the coffee cup a little tighter than necessary at the thought of Nowaki leaving. The least the other could have done was leave a freaking note, call, or even a postcard within the next week! He has been gone half a year without so much of a goodbye or notice!
Did that idiot even stop and think about him? How would he feel?
Did that idiot even realize how much Hiroki had fallen in love with him? How could he leave him, just like that!?
It hurt...this unexpected goodbye... and Hiroki had faced plenty of goodbyes in his 27 years of life. Not all of them were bad goodbyes, but they were in the mix... and it never failed. The ones that hurt the most were the ones that are never explained.
He glanced down at his coffee, lifting it to his lips and drinking down the bitter liquid.
It had already gone cold.
