Day/Theme: May 25- May dangers create of us heroes

Character/Pairing: Hawk

Running away was part of a thief’s repertoire, of course, but it wasn’t often called that, and generally it was a lot more successful than this, which felt rather… lacking, among other things. Hawk’d hardly had anything to take with him, aside from the things Nikita had given him, the things he’d taken from the ninjas who’d attacked him and Nikita’s well wishes. And he had his head and everything in it, of course, which was good in a way, but not entirely- the trip was too long and the boat too small to keep him from thinking about Navarre, and what had gone wrong.
He tried to think about the future instead.
