Day/Theme: 1 May- Mischief of one kind and another

He dances, thriving on the consternation it causes in others. A skip in his walk in conversation, a fourth step in the waltz- it throws people so terribly off beat, and on the dance floor he can manage to flummox almost the entire floor (confuse enough people, and it’s almost certain, particularly if he can distract the musicians as well).
But that’s really nothing to him, nothing to what he can do if he wants to, and sometimes he does. The confusion of men is next to nothing compared with their horror, and a fire that refuses to be doused lends itself more greatly to the latter, with him at the heart of it, its crackling his laughter as they flee and he pursues.
