[Sept. 7] [Original] Childish
Title: Childish
Day/Theme: Sept. 7 - herr doktor
Series: Original
Character/Pairing: Raz, Driel, Raz + Kayl
Rating: PG
Notes: Slightly rushed and badly stitched in theme :P.
"Driel, why do you read such rubbish?"
Driel peered up from the book he was reading and looked at his older brother. Raz looked awfully bored as he read but Driel could sense a frown on his face.
"It's one of the books Kayl had with her. I had time so I thought I would read it."
Raz narrowed his eyes at his younger brother. Driel just smiled, an innocent twinkle in his red eyes. "It is a book for children. Even the title sounds childish. Herr doktor." Raz let out a short laugh.
"Kayl liked it and she's certainly not a child," Driel said watching his brother intently. He never took his eyes off his book.
"She is an immature woman. She acts like an irritating child."
"Is that how you show affection for her?"
If Raz was offended or disgusted by his accusation, he certainly didn't show it. "You're being ridiculous again brother."
Driel left out a chuckle. "You insult her when in the presence of others but when you're with her, you act so-"
Abruptly, Raz shut his book and walked to the door. Driel looked utterly confused. "Where are you going?"
"To my room. I can't stand to be in your presence any longer. You can stay if you want to."
Driel laughed loudly. "If you admitted how you feel then maybe things would be easier for you! Don't be childish!"
