Sometimes, during the rare times when Misa is actually alone, she will think. And wonder. And wish, if things could have been different.
She wishes that the Death Note had taken the memories of her time WITHOUT it instead of just returning the memories of the time she had it. Like this, she will not have to remember Ryuuzaki's face, every night in her dreams, when the three of them joined their hands together and danced around her room like children.
She didn't have to remember her own voice saying that she will never betray her friends.
Sometimes, during the rare times when she can be alone with Raito, she wishes that he wishes the same too.
