[September 15] [Fate/stay night] Logic

Day/Theme: September 15 - Ternary logic: "yes", "no", or "wtf."

Notes: Drabble! UBW route day 8, as you might have guessed.
Issei Ryudo believed in logic. He believed in order, in doing things by the book, and in having good reasons for everything and providing all of them upon request. He believed in taking the safest, most obvious course of action.
He did not believe in suddenly ordering someone to strip in the student council room in the middle of lunch, particularly not someone you had previously shown no signs of interest in whatsoever.
(If Emiya had bought him a glass of wine first, gave him a few compliments, something along those lines… well, that would have been a different story.)
