[Sept 3] [Mallorean series] Revenge
Title: Revenge

She is a decent little spy-in-training, if she does say so herself. With her mommy and daddy setting excellent example, she’s well on her way to becoming one of Drasnia’s legendary figures in the national profession. But did this man take her seriously? Not one bit!
He is a perfect gentleman, of course, but he’s a scoundrel and he doesn't get caught at it. And a star, mommy said. Learn from him, little Liselle, emulate that style, that flair. Little Liselle is entranced by the little man, too. His nose does curious things. It’s like he’s smelling something in the air. Something delicious like freshly baked cookies.
Oh, but he always makes her turn red. He teases her about her dress, the ribbon she’s wearing, the way she eavesdrops in too dramatic ways, or how she over-acts. Why, she’s already seven years old! She knows how to listen to grown-ups talking without them knowing. She knows exactly how to smile to make people do what she wanted. She is a pretty spiffy spy now, so he shouldn’t pick on her like that. Meanie.
Why, just he wait. She’ll grow up just a bit more, and then, she’ll be the one making him blush.
Ha-ha. She was plotting already what she'd do.
