Notes: A quick drabble, because this theme begged for F/SN.
“Emiya, I’ve been thinking,” Rin said as they walked down the grocery store’s aisles. “You can Trace anything and find out its composition, can’t you? Even if you haven’t seen the inside before?”
“Pretty much,” Shirou answered, picking up a bag of candy. ‘You could win a ZS3!’ it declared. ‘Check inside for the black Skitters and win!’
“Then could you use that to find out if any of these bags of candy are the winning one?” Rin asked.
Shirou blinked. He took another look at the bag, and then at Rin.
“Thank you.”
“It was nothing,” Rin replied modestly.
