"What's wrong, Ryoko?" asked Sasami. "You look like you've had a really big shock."

"I woke up, this morning, about ten o'clock, after everyone else had left," Ryoko said shakily. "And I guess I shouldn't admit it, but I was just a little bit scared—"

"Because you were alone?" Sasami asked. "That's OK, Ryoko! You've been alone for so along, you're not used to living with friends. In fact, it's kind of cute—"

"No, not that!" Ryoko said. "I mean, I woke up around ten o'clock! I almost never wake up before noon!!"

Sasami sighed. "Go back to bed, Ryoko."
