[July 6][Original] Best Man's Speech
Title: Best Man's Speech
Day/Theme: July 6 / will you ever know?
Series: Original / Misfits
Character/Pairing: Dennis Lawson, (Joseph Barnes, Stella West).
Rating: PG13
Dennis looks down at the paper in front of him. There were doodles on it instead of the best man's speech he was supposed to write. But how was he supposed to write something for the day his best friend --the man he considered his brother-- and Stella.
Stella, the bitch. Stella, the cheating whore. Stella, his former partner. Stella, whom he wanted to wake up next to each morning.
How could he possibly say any of this? He knew he couldn't and that made things worse because he couldn't say that he cared about
her or that he didn't want her to get married to Joseph.
Instead, he had to come up with something uneventful, boring that nobody would remember without really saying anything about how he feels. He knows that it's better this way.
