Title: Adapting

      Ursa had to face the fact that she had to find a way to support herself financially. In the Earth Kingdom village, not to far from where she was dropped off, she found a shop which needed extra help. She was hired.

      She cringed every time she heard news of the Fire Nation. The rare news she heard of her children always made her sad. It was obvious to her that her daughter hadn't grown out of her childhood cruelty and her son was making bad decisions. She longed to return to her family to give her children love, support, and guidance, but she can't. They lived in the land she was in exile from. Sure they traveled on occasion, but she never heard about it until after they returned.

      Ursa grew sadder with every word about her children. The villagers thought she was in mourning; perhaps she had lost her family to the Fire Nation. They didn't realize her sorrow was due to her inability to reunite and help her children. She hoped that one day that she would be able to interact with her children's lives once again.
