[May 3rd][Dragonball Z] Poisonous
Title: Poisonous
Day/Theme: May 3 - I love you when I forget about me
Series: Dragonball Z
Character/Pairing: Bulma x Vegeta

It didn’t really matter when he would go off, disappearing into the night. For she knew that he would always come crawling back to her, some how, some way. Even if he’d been a great Sayian Prince, the man still had needs, desires. And she would give them, without a word. But as her emotions began to fall in the way, she stopped allowing him in her bed. When he asked why, she simply shook her head and walked away. That’s how it always started; even so, she eventually broke down and allowed him back into her life and slowly, into her heart. Forgetting about what her mind spoke. Heartache wasn’t all so bad, right? Besides, she lived through Yamicha. She could handle this just as well.
So why did it feel so different now? Why did her heart ache when she watched him ignore her in front of the others and how his eyes narrowed on her after she stepped a certain boundary.
For crying out loud, when had she ever been afraid of speaking her mind? She, Bulma, had always spoken her mind, even when it could have very well been her last words.
What made her so anxious to see him? To forget about her own needs that she would nearly follow him after battles just to see the way his muscles flex under pressure. Witness his power as he turned Super Sayian. He was magnificent in her eyes yet, poisonous to her own well being at the same time.
‘Damn him,’ She thought to herself as she twisted in her sheets trying to block out his scent on the pillows that had been washed twice to be rid of it. ‘Damn myself.’
