[Feb 14] [Hellsing] No Need for Words
Title: No Need for Words
Day/Theme: Feb. 14 - “Our swords shall play the orators for us”
Series:Hellsing
Character/Pairing: Seras, Alucard, and Anderson.
Rating: PG
They were at it again.
There really wasn’t any need for all the talk, Seras thought. She didn’t know why they bothered. Anderson always spouted prayers peppered with threats of death and destruction to all non-Catholics, as if Alucard didn’t know the scriptures already. As if we had any doubts to what he had planned for us, she thought, rolling her eyes despite her fear of the rabid priest.
And Alucard was no better. He went on and on about men and monsters, as if Anderson didn’t know very well what the vampire’s views were either.
It was like watching children pretend to kill each other, she thought, remembering the games the other kids in the orphanage had played. Or some bizarre flirtation.
That thought made her face twist a little, but then the whirlwind of blades and bullets moved past. The conversation part seemed to be over. Seras hefted her gun and ducked down the stairs where she could sense the freak vampire hiding. While the two trump cards had their battle royale, somebody had to get the job done.
