Walter put the coat under the water in the bathtub again. The blood was never going to come out, and he only had the one coat. And he was still pretty dirty from trying to dig the grave, but he couldn’t take a bath until he was done with the coat.
And never mind his shoes. He was going to look like hell at this rate. Not that he really cared, but he had to be able to go out of the house.
He sighed at the mirror. “Well, what can you do when you have to deal with people.”
