They would often banter and bicker over the smallest things on a daily basis. Then evening arrived, and things changed.

 

                  It was a true battle of wills. Neither wanted to be first to concede defeat and give in to the other’s whim – they were far too opposite in their actions, but too alike when it came to pride. Eventually, they would surrender to passion and lust, and when the late hours of the darkness came, all of their previous arguments would seem less than significant, compared to their upcoming antics.

 

During they day, they fought.

 

At night, they made war.
