A sleepy Keiichi stumbled into the kitchen, where Belldandy was preparing breakfast, and sat down at the table, next to Skuld.

"Good morning, dear," said Belldandy. "Would you like some breakfast?"

"*mumble*," said Keiichi.

"Don't be rude to my sister," Skuld growled. "Answer her properly."

"Oh, that's alright, Skuld," said Belldandy. "He's just sleepy. But I understood him. He asked me for juice. Isn't that right, dear?"

"*mumble*," Keiichi said again.

"I don't understand how anybody could understand that mumbling," Skuld said irritably. "*I* can't understand it at all—"

"*mumble*," Keiichi said to Skuld.

"YOU TAKE THAT BACK!!" Skuld yelled.
