Pierce snarled. Stupid bitch didn’t know how good she had it. Just look at her, totally unaware that Morgead’s eyes followed her every move.
He’d given up head of the gang twice over because she’d wanted it for herself. Put up a half-hearted fight and then let her declare herself the victor. Pierce had been surprised Morgead hadn’t offered up his heart on a silver platter right then and there, too.
And Jez was going to fuck him over again, like every time, and Morgead was going to happily let her. But not if Pierce sold her out first.
