[Nov. 11] [Ranma 1/2] Holding Pattern
Title: Holding Pattern
Day/Theme: 11. nothing could be better than that

This was as good as it was gonna get. As much as the fiancee horde was a pain now, it would only get worse when he picked one. At least now all his intendeds were trying to win him over. As soon as he picked the one he wanted, the others would turn deadly.
And I don’t mind for ME… he thought sourly. I’m USED to everyone around trying to kill ME. But they’d go twice as hard for her….And until I’m sure and she’s sure, I’m not gonna do that to her. Everyone will just have to stay in a holding pattern until then. Until we’re ready to have things get worse fast.
“What are you sighing about over there?” Akane asked, a little sharper than was necessary. She probably thought he was mooning over one of his admirers.
“I’s just thinking…” he said.
“YOU??” she snorted.
“Surprise,” he said, still gloomy. When he didn’t make any cracks of his own and no other fiancee dropped out of the woodwork, she softened a little and went back to her kata.
