[October 30th][Darker than Black] Cold Beer

Title: Cold Beer
Day/Theme: October 30th / The first frost
Series: Darker than Black
Character/Pairing: November 11 and April
Rating: T for slight swearing. Just a kind of random cracky scene between the 2 characters.

"Its hot."

Golden brows arch sardonically.

"What? Don't look at me like that. And pass the beer."

"Even though you're dressed like that?"

April glowers at him from behind orange tinted shades.  She takes the can wordlessly, opens it and downing its contents in a fluid, practiced motion.

"Stinking city with its stinking weather. Not to mention the stinking warm beer," she mutters, reaching for another tin.

Then suddenly, she smiles, pressing the now frosty can to her neck, sighing with pleasure.

"It might be easier if you'd just get a cooler." He grumbles, delicately fishing a cigarette out of the pack with this teeth.

"Need a light?"
