Summary: five things that never happened to the Teen Titans

Robin watches his friends glow and double over.

“Stop it...I’ll do what you want.”

The microphone in Robin’s ear cackles and hisses.

“No, Robin. I told you what I would do if disobeyed my orders...this is the conquence of your actions.”

Starfire stops moving, followed shortly by Beast Boy. The darkness drops and the world blurs.

The note Raven left read: “Damn destiny. This is better than destroying the world.”


Something eats Raven from the inside. Everyone but Robin glows orange and cries out in pain. With her friends dying and razors piercing her skin on the inside, Raven’s becomes a shadowy mass of tendrils. When Beast Boy falls and doesn’t get up, Trigon’s fingers finally wrap completely around Raven’s mind.


After two years, Robin came back to the tower. He wasn’t wearing the weird Slade outfit, just normal street clothes. It took about two hours, but after realizing he wasn’t trying to attack anyone everyone calmed down.

“Slade is dead.” He said. “And I can’t go back to leading this team.”

He wouldn’t say anything else.


To keep from whimpering Robin bit his tongue so hard he tasted blood. Slade’s hands are cold even without the gloves, biting into Robin’s shoulders.   

“You will learn to like it.”

Robin’s tears sting his face.
