Mikuru served tea to Kyon— wearing a bathing suit. "Uh, Mikuru?..." asked Kyon.

"It's alright, Kyon-kun," an embarrassed yet cheerful Mikuru said. "Haruhi said—"

Kyon face-palmed. "HARUHI!!"

"Not good enough?" Haruhi asked, walking up. "You wanna see Mikuru naked?"

"NO!!" Kyon lied. "What's going on here!?"

"It's a morale booster," Haruhi said. "You've been really grumpy lately. I thought this would cheer you up."

"You're joking," Kyon said.

Haruhi solemnly held one hand over her heart. "As leader of the SOS Brigade, team morale is my responsibility."

"If it's your responsibility," Kyon grumbled, "then try to perform it responsibly, wouldja!?"
