He is the Dark Ace, and his past is littered with curses: he is cruel, monstrous, heartless, damned a thousand times and again. The pitiful cries of his enemies leave no mark upon the Dark Ace’s heart, because it has long since been given to Master Cyclonis.

He was dangerous: wild, and growing ever closer to madness with the power of his battle lust. Master Cyclonis is more dangerous yet, and she has need of him. He is her weapon--willingly, eagerly--because Master Cyclonis plans, and schemes, and thinks further than the rush of blood in her ears, and the exhilaration of the wind on her face, blade to blade with her opponent.

He loves her, and is free.
