Character/Pairing: Tim/Cassie

AN: Takes place in an AU I call Oracle!Tim verse, because Tim has taken over the role of Oracle, due to the fact Bruce refused to let him be Robin, since it would be dangerous for someone who can’t hear. The rest of the verse exists in snippets and ficlets and the occasional longer fic that are all currently f-locked, because I still haven’t gotten around to the background fic. But this fic is really just Tim/Cassie fluff with a few references thrown in you can easily get.
