Usagi walked away from the arcade, wanting to look back, but stopping herself just in time. Her neck would crane to see past her shoulder, but then she'd remember her resolve that to get over Mamo-chan, she'd need to stop looking for him at every turn and every corner- every tall and dark man that walked past.

Because he broke all ties with her. To hope that he'd come back to her was naive and stupid. He wouldn't be coming back. No matter if she begged or cried...He turned his heart against her. Now all there was for her were happy memories that broke her heart even more when she thought about them.

She kept on putting one foot in front of the other and clasped her briefcase until her knuckles turned white. She would not turn around. She lifted her head higher and looked straight ahead; all the while her heart screamed for her to look back and beg for another chance at love.

She would not be the one begging anymore...

The walk home was more difficult than any youma she had ever countered. She was stupid and naive... She was wholeheartedly in love.
