Itsuki found Kyon standing at Haruhi's desk and studying a piece of paper. "What's that?" Itsuki asked.

"It looks like Haruhi was writing some poetry. Bad poetry." Kyon frowned with the effort to read Haruhi's writing. "'The'—"

"STOP!!" Itsuki shouted. "Don't read it aloud!!"

"Why not?" an annoyed Kyon asked.

"Do you remember the SOS Brigade logo that Haruhi drew?"

"The 'angry drunken tapeworm'?" Kyon asked. "Yeah. What about it?"

"Remember what it did," Itsuki said, "and think about what poetry written by our Haruhi could do."

Kyon gingerly set down Haruhi's poetry, and slowly backed away from her desk.
