It takes her a moment to remember where she is. Then she needs to remember why her heart isn't beating when she isn't dead.

Or rather, she is.

The Major is there, smiling at her, helping her sit up.

"I see you have survived your death. The fangs suit you."

He holds out his arm. "Try them out."

She grins, scrapes a fang over his arm then laps up the delicious blood. Rip cannot kill him, and he knows it too, but she likes the little sound he makes when she scrapes his wrist to get more blood.

He is speaking in a low growling voice now. "That's right, you are the maiden who is dead and alive..."

Unable to control herself, she goes for his neck, buries her fangs in it and sucks lustfully. He buries his hands in her hair and groans softly.

"I have created a monster," he says as he pulls her closer to him. "Good."
