[April 26] [Card Captor Sakura] Novelty

Day/Theme: April 26 / After the rain shower

It was midnight, and Sakura was wide awake. Perhaps it was because she had slept through most of the day; perhaps because she had so much to think about. She wasn't sure of which was the answer.
Next to her, Kero was snoring, curled up on her pillow. He was talking in his sleep again, but she couldn't understand most of it. From time to time he muttered something about Fiery. She smiled and petted his head a little. He had been thinking a lot that day, too. It was no wonder that even his dreams had to do with it.
It had been quite an eventful day, after all. A Card she had made herself... she still couldn't quite believe it.
But there was so much to worry about that she almost didn't have time to feel proud of that. Clow had told her he'd give her trouble, after all. Sakura wondered what that meant. He had seemed such a nice man when she met him...
She rolled on her side, yawning. It was too much thinking after all that effort. She fell asleep at last, still wondering about what had happened, and once again she had strange dreams.
