All she ever did was watch.
Sometimes Tomoyo felt that her life was like a movie – a happy adventure movie, with a cute heroine! The heroine wasn't her, of course, but she didn't mind at all. She was the loyal sidekick who watched Sakura's heroic actions through a camera lens.
She wasn't the one fighting and doing magic, but even watching could be helpful. She could give support. She could give advice. From her place, she could see so much more than the heroine or the hero themselves.
All she ever did was watch. But she was good at it.
