There was a time, not too long ago, when Yuki seemed to be surrounded by a silver mist.
Touya remembers it clearly. That was the first thing he had ever noticed about him, an obvious sign that his new classmate couldn't be human. It was something that shone and floated around him, a pale silvery glow, noticeable even on clear daylight. Like the halo around the moon, he thought when he first saw it, not knowing how right he was.
It was the most beautiful thing that Touya had seen in his entire life.
He doesn't miss it at all.
