[April 4th] [Bleach] cherry-blossom viewing

It is a fact that once Spring comes to Seireitai, there is competition for the really good cherry trees.
Minions are sent out to casually practice in very specifically defined spots in order to reserve them for later Captainly use. Seated shinigami just happen to cordon off certain areas for demonstrations. Vice-captains take their paperwork and refuse to budge from the spot.
Ise Nanao keeps a chart in the Division office which she updates.
Kyouraku Shunsui gets his lounging in early. In fact, he usually stays up all night. Him, the moon, a flask of wine, and the cherry blossoms.
