White-haired Hitsugaya was his captain's most eager disciple. He watched his childhood friend Hinamori rise to her own captaincy, and was glad for her, but knew deep within that she would never appreciate, never truly understand his own master's visions.
If she'd been as close to matters as he was now, she couldn't have been allowed to live. Better that she stay at a distance and survive the deluge to come.
His mind is as perfectly rigid as snowflakes, as immaculate as frost. He loves Aizen as coldly as he loves power.
