[December 5] [Powerpuff Girls Z] Freefalling
Title: Freefalling
Day/Theme: December 5: Give me something to look forward to.
Series: Powerpuff Girls Z
Character/Pairing: Kaoru x Momoko (ButtercupxBlossom)

Warning: Lesbian/shojo-ai
Danger. Said the sign leading to the vacant construction site. Momoko glances up, undaunted by the towering skeleton of a building. She climbs up, finds her balance, and tight rope walks until she reaches the top. Her head raises towards heavens, shining with a pink-orange autumn luster. She then carefully props her book bag against a metal bar.
The breeze pushes her forward- off balance, and gravity pulls her down, back fist and limbs spread. Her hair fans out in her face, hiding the apprehension in her face. The booming static of rushing wind clouds her hearing, her chest is fluttering, stomach flipping, her head numb but mind racing.
She pushes away her fears.
“Just a little more.” She whispers, both patient and impatient. She wants a prince to catch her tired of relying on is herself. Momoko reaches for her compact, prepared to transform and defy gravity.
Suspension, floating and falling all stops. Momoko blinks, wide eyed at herself- realizing she's still wearing normal clothes. The warmth of someone's breath on her cheek draws her gaze to hard, luminous green eyes.
They stare awkwardly until Momoko breaks the silence and giggles lightly. This wasn't what I expected but this will do.
