Character/Pairing: Hinamori

Busy, busy, she's so busy.
Hinamori doesn't know how other vice-captains manage. There's so much to do. Aizen-taichou is wonderful when he's there, but so often he's out doing important stuff (she's never asked, he'd tell her if she needed to know) and she has to take care of the Division and the patrol-checking and . . .
Don't worry, Kira says, you'll get used to it, and Matsumoto ruffles her hair, and Ise gives her some tips on time management and filing, and then she runs back to the office and works into the night.
It'll be easier soon. Aizen-taichou says so.
